Use this free printable form to rate the health of your ministry.\" class=\"wp-image-9267\" srcset=\"https:\/\/womensministrytoolbox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Free-Printable-Form-Womens-Ministry-Health-Assessment.png 600w, https:\/\/womensministrytoolbox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Free-Printable-Form-Womens-Ministry-Health-Assessment-225x300.png 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>How do you know if your women\u2019s ministry is effective?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you needed to prove the women\u2019s ministry in your church makes a difference, could you easily do so?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is your women\u2019s ministry in good health?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><em>How do we go about making an assessment that honors the Lord and isn\u2019t a mathematical equation?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=proverbs%2014%3A8&amp;version=ESV\">Proverbs 14:8a<\/a> gives us a Biblical basis for assessment. \u201cThe wisdom of the prudent is to discern his way.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I think most of us would agree that in God\u2019s economy, numbers are not the ultimate decision makers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first shall be last.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Narrow is the path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rather than pulling out our calculators and creating a spreadsheet, let\u2019s dig deeper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We need to assess the growth and development of our team and our women.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tips for administering the women\u2019s ministry health assessment:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set aside time at your next women&#8217;s ministry team meeting to complete this assessment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consider breaking the team into pairs to answer the questions together and then sharing your answers with the whole group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may want to email the questions in advance, suggesting your team member\u2019s jot down a few ideas before the meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you\u2019re feeling brave, ask your staff leadership to complete the assessment too and compare your answers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take great care to accept any and all answers you receive ESPECIALLY if you don\u2019t agree.
