Server Team<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for recruiting at least 1 man\/older youth per table.<\/li>\n<li>Recruits \u201chead server\u201d who will direct the men during the event.<\/li>\n<li>Recruits one man to assist caters in the kitchen (should have working knowledge of kitchen).<\/li>\n<li>Communicates times, dress code, dates, etc. to the servers via postcard approximately 3 weeks prior to the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>2. Table Hostesses Team<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruits needed number of <a href=\"https:\/\/womensministrytoolbox.com\/table-event-hostess\/\">Table Hostesses<\/a> for the event.<\/li>\n<li>Communicates expectations, set-up times, and other information to every Table Hostess.<\/li>\n<li>Supplies list of hostesses to Registration Team Leader prior to registration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>3. Publicity Team<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Creates, prints, and distributes determined <a href=\"https:\/\/womensministrytoolbox.com\/publicity-form-free-printable\/\">publicity<\/a> for the event, not limited to flyers, mailings, posters, banners, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Films and edits promo video to be shown week before registration begins (ideally).<\/li>\n<li>Creates program and other needed materials for event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>4. Food Team<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Collects quotes from caterers.<\/li>\n<li>Sets menu for event.<\/li>\n<li>Serves as contact for the caterers \u2013 supplying final numbers, submitting receipts, schedules arrival, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>5. Registration Team<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Team leader(s) recruits and trains women to man the <a href=\"https:\/\/womensministrytoolbox.com\/tip-14\/\">registration<\/a> tables.<\/li>\n<li>Creates registration forms listing table hostesses and available seats.<\/li>\n<li>Handles moving guests if\/when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Registers women before and after church services.<\/li>\n<li>Submits registration forms and monies in accordance with church procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>6. Decorations Team<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/womensministrytoolbox.com\/reno-decorations\/\">Decorates<\/a>&nbsp;sanctuary, event space, stage, and <a href=\"https:\/\/womensministrytoolbox.com\/tip-2-small-touches\/\">bathrooms<\/a> as deemed necessary. (The tables are our focus so we do minimal decorations elsewhere.)<\/li>\n<li>Orders flowers, if needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>7. Worship Team<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruits needed <a href=\"https:\/\/womensministrytoolbox.com\/tip-25\/\">worship<\/a> leader, singers, and musicians (if needed).<\/li>\n<li>Works with tech team on sound equipment needs and Power Point slides.<\/li>\n<li>Selects songs to fit schedule and event focus.<\/li>\n<li>Provides worship experience for guests at the event.<\/li>\n<li>Provides music (instrumental) to be&nbsp;used before the event begins, in dinner area, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>8. Greeter Team<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruits women to greet and welcome guests to the event.<\/li>\n<li>Considers all spaces and fill needs accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I know that list may seem overwhelming, but keep in mind not every team needs to be big.
