It is extremely beneficial to gather feedback after a Women’s Ministry event.<\/h4>\n

While I highly recommend having your team complete a Post Event Evaluation Form <\/a>after each event, having your attendees complete a survey also provide a valuable perspective.<\/p>\n

Distributing and collecting surveys at an event creates a couple of issues:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Instead of listening to the speaker, women are filling out their surveys.<\/li>\n
  2. The event hasn’t actually ended before the surveys need to be submitted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This past spring we decided to try something a little different.<\/p>\n

    We sent out a link to a SurveyMonkey<\/a> survey after the event<\/strong> (if you collect emails at registration, this can be super easy to implement).<\/p>\n

    We asked the women to rate these seven things:<\/h4>\n

    1. Topic<\/strong><\/p>\n

    2. Location<\/strong><\/p>\n

    3. Speaker<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

    4. Worship<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

    5. Food<\/strong><\/p>\n

    6. Schedule\/Time<\/strong><\/p>\n

    7. Overall Event<\/strong><\/p>\n
