Click to open the free PDF file. \u00a0Feel free to take and use what it helpful.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/womensministrytoolbox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/Fall-Retreat-Survey-Sample.pdf\">Fall Retreat Survey Sample<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I also have a post on <a href=\"https:\/\/womensministrytoolbox.com\/seven-super-survey-questions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Seven Super Survey Questions<\/a> that you may find helpful.<\/p>\n<p>When offering a survey <strong>I want to find out<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>What worked well<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>What we should do again<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>What didn\u2019t work<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>What needs to be tweaked<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Build your survey in a way that you&#8217;ll gather the information you are after.<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s be honest, shall we? <strong>Surveys open the door to hurting our feelings and the feelings of our team members.<\/strong> There\u2019s a good chance you\u2019ll get some feedback that may be hurtful, too honest, or just downright ugly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pray before you read through the responses.<\/strong> Ask God for wisdom to know which responses warrant your attention. Let your team weigh in and help you decide what adjustments should be made for the next retreat.<\/p>\n<p>Can I suggest that you be careful not to discard comments you only received once? Some of your women aren\u2019t going to say anything negative. If one person said they had a hard time hearing, you can almost be certain others did too. If one person felt the teaching sessions were too long, talk with your team about the length and decide together if in fact they were too long.
