It&#8217;s been an incredible journey, but there&#8217;s so much more I want to discuss. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I hope you&#8217;ll go deeper with me as we switch gears to focus on discipleship in this next series of podcast episodes. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Our focus on discipleship will be extensive, and it will<strong> include mentoring and Bible study.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here&#8217;s a sneak peek at some of the topics we&#8217;ll touch on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>How to Train Bible Study Leaders<\/li><li>Organic vs. Structured Mentoring<\/li><li>How to Select the Best Bible study for Your Group<\/li><li>What to Do About Childcare<\/li><li>Should you give Bible study homework?<\/li><li>How to Create Great Discussion Group Guidelines<\/li><li>How to Handle Prayer Requests<\/li><li>And so much more!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s just a small sample of the things that we&#8217;ll be talking about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I&#8217;ll continue to break down everything into bite-sized pieces, with episodes lasting about 15 minutes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I also hope to regularly scatter in interviews with women&#8217;s ministry leaders again. So many of you have told me how helpful it is to hear from other women in the church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is one big change <strong>I want to draw your attention to. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The podcast will<strong> <\/strong>be <strong>switching<\/strong> from a weekly schedule to an <strong>every-other-week schedule<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To be honest, it takes a lot of time to create, record, edit, transcribe, and then create a blog post of every episode every single week. I need a little more margin in my life so I can continue to create new resources for you, serve in my local church or the women&#8217;s ministry team, and best prepare for speaking engagements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The pace I&#8217;ve been working at since the beginning of the pandemic is just not sustainable any longer. I&#8217;ve been seeking how God would have to be moved forward. As I step into this next year, I feel confident that this change will allow me to serve you better and my husband better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our nest may be officially empty now that our youngest has moved out and entered his senior year of college, but I&#8217;m finding my to-do lists haven&#8217;t gotten any shorter!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last week I shared a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/womensministrytoolbox\/posts\/4564676253552940\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">post on social media<\/a> as a reminder to myself and you that we&#8217;ve got to get the order right. God, first family, second ministry. I&#8217;m putting that principle into practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>I can&#8217;t wait to discuss all things discipleship with you!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I want to be sure to <strong>address any discipleship questions<\/strong> that you have in these upcoming episodes, so please send me an email (cyndee@womensministrytoolbox.com), or you can shoot me a direct message via social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ll be back in two weeks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s right, two weeks instead of one, with our first blog post and podcast episode (same content, two formats) in the discipleship series. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;ll start by <strong>defining discipleship, mentoring, and Bible study<\/strong>.
