Vicki, I almost always over estimate! You could ask your women to sign up for the spa treat they’d like. Then you’d know exactly how many kits to make. Just make sure you bring the list or label the materials with their names – some of them will certainly forget what they signed up for. 😉 OR you could just say, “we have 15 facial packets and 15 pedi kits, please choose 1.” Any extras could be donated to a local women’s shelter. Though there is the chance someone will get stuck with a spa treatment they don’t like. I hope that helps!

Could you please share how you plan how much of everything to buy? We are hosting a spa night at our upcoming ladies retreat. We are planning for 25 ladies to attend the retreat. I don’t want to buy too many supplies, but I also want to have enough. BUT, I don’t think all ladies will want to do everything~facials, mani, pedi are the options. For example, I’m sooo ticklish so I’d never want a pedi. I might would paint my toes, but I wouldn’t need all the pedi items. These aren’t items you want to share, but I also don’t want to put together 25 pedi kits and only have 10 used. We are on a ridiculously tight budget so I want as little waste as possible. Any thoughts? TIA!
