I needed this more than I realized, I clicked on it thinking that it would just give me the answer on what I should do for our upcoming luncheon. Thankfully it didn’t but instead reminded that in the waiting God is working and I just need to trust. Praying and thanking him knowing he knows what the ladies need to hear.

Hi MaryEllen, how exciting!! A Q&A session is a great idea, but I want to encourage you NOT to ask for volunteers to serve on the committee. Leaders need to be carefully prayer over and vetted before they are ASKED to serve in leadership. I am starting a group at my church. I am in the early stages. I am trying to make a flyer and will have a Q and A session after masses, and will ask for volunteers to be a part of the committee. I have been in women’s groups, but this is a huge undertaking for one person. Praying that I will be able to obtain some volunteers from the flyers and Q and A. I am really walking by faith and Trust.

Women Day Event is in three weeks, and I still don’t have a theme. Praying that God will hear my prayer and plea, and give me a theme soon. This is a first, as far as being lost for words for a Women’s Day Theme.

This is my first Women’s Day service I will be chairman. I have my scripture which is , I can do all things through christ who strengthens me. I do not have a theme. I will continue to read God’s word rest and pray. I trust that he will reveal it to me. Thank you so much .
