In reply to Sue Mason. Sue, honestly, my agendas are just a skeleton. A time of prayer, a short training or team-building exercise, old business, and then new business (with an opportunity for every team member to share), and then I try to highlight action items and give a reminder of our next meeting date. I am starting a Women’s Ministry team in our church. I appreciate all your helps and tips on setting up a women’s ministry team. Do you have a sample agenda you can send me? I have an idea of how to write one, but do so well with examples.

I love having agendas for our monthly meetings. It helps keep me on track. That way each
lady knows when her turn comes to bring us something she has on her mind.
