In reply to Cyndee Ownbey. We did it passing along 2 packages and it was double the fun because each time the music stopped there were 2 people doing different activity cards. I did make sure that each package had unique activity cards for lots of variety. I think we did pass in opposite directions. We had so much fun, thank you Cyndee for this great game!

In reply to misty. Misty, I'm sorry, I don't have a video of this. Think of it like hot potato with a gift. They unwrap one layer only to find there's another box inside with an activity they need to do. I hope that helps!

In reply to Becca Kristen. Becca, I apologize for the delay in my response. I was in the middle of finals and forgot to circle back. If you tried it, I'd love to know how it worked! I think you could pass two but in the same direction, not the opposite. Just start each package on opposite sides of the circle.

I plan on using this fun game at a Christmas party. The group size will be 15-20. Could I do the game passing two layered wrapped gifts in opposite directions around the circle, all the rest of the rules the same? I wanted to have more than 1 gift, but still be able to have the whole group involved without splitting up. Or do you think it will get to chaotic passing around 2 packages with 2 people doing activity cards at the same time?

This is great! It’s always hard to find icebreakers that are good clean fun for my ladies group. I adapted your “what if” ice breaker for this month. I cut them up and put them in plastic Easter eggs. Then did a kind of pass the parcel thing. If you were caught with an egg , you had to say what was inside. So much fun! Thanks!

there use to be a game on here passing packages using numbers. for example no1 take package, no 2 change with no 1 and so on, but i can’t find it. I used it for my church group a while back and they loved it. now i can’t find it. can you help me
