Thank you for this wonderful community and the information you and your team have provided.
I am burdened to start a ministry, not a women’s ministry, but a ministry nonetheless.
I was not sure how to proceed. The information that you have here is wonderful and will go a long way in helping me to start putting the pieces together.

I am a pastor’s wife adn it has fallen on me to do something for our women, we range from 20-40 and have a WIDE variety of ages and walks of life. It’s great but had been very frustrating trying to figure out what is best for all. Will try these steps and see where we go from there. Thank you

I am the pastor wife we have about 25 woman in our church but we don’t have woman fellowship in our church, initially we gave some woman opportunity to lead the woman but because of lack of prayers they could not make it. So i took it upon myself to rebuild it, i pran a prayer line with some of them about a year now, for fist time i have set a date to me them can you please help me of introduction thanks

Jodi, that’s a great question! Ask women to register for the event. If your church doesn’t already have a software program you can use, you can create a Google Form and share the link (you can even create a QR code to take them to the form) everywhere you can – in an email to all of your women, on social media, in your church bulletin, on flyers that you distribute at church, etc. Let women know that in order to be good stewards of your resources (copies of materials, food, set-up, etc.) you need to know if they’ll be attending. Even if you’re not charging a fee, create a registration form anyway. I hope that helps!

I am planning the first ever ladies day or evening event for my church. We are a very small church, i.e. … No staff. Just the pastor.

My question is how do I plan for attendance? There’s the possibility of 10 to 100 that could attend! This article was very helpful, I truly appreciate the beginning prayer! Any advice on the attendance question would be super!
